Everything is free for soldiers in Raisen; Know the full story behind it
These days a dhaba on the highway in Bari town of Raisen district, adjacent to Bhopal, remains a stay center for Army vehicles. Army vehicles and trucks are often seen standing at this dhaba. This dhaba is not only on the highway, but food is also free for the soldiers here. The story of opening this dhaba is also interesting. When the dream of the person who opened it to serve the country in the army was not fulfilled, the young man started a dhaba in the name of his father and made it free for the soldiers.
Arvind Chauhan, a resident of Bari town, told that he had a desire since childhood to go to the army and protect the country. Even after trying many times, when he was not selected in the army, then the feeling of patriotism remained in his mind. The soldiers come to this dhaba, which started four months ago, to have food. Seeing the patriotism of father and son, soldiers also go to salute them.
When the father retired, the plan of the dhaba was made
In the year 2016, Arvind's father retired from the Municipal Council Bari as Assistant Revenue Inspector. After retirement, physical activity decreased due to staying at home, so he started having some problems like blood pressure. In such a situation, he made a plan to open a dhaba on his land on the highway. Arvind also agreed to the father's point and said that father, we could not go to the army, so now we will provide free food to the soldiers at our dhaba. Arvind is working as Computer Operator in Municipal Council.
Army personnel come from Jabalpur
Arvind Chauhan says that we can never repay the debt of our parents and military brothers. Parents give birth to us, but soldiers protect us from enemies. Keeping this in mind, I started a dhaba in the name of my father. Many army vehicles pass through Jabalpur every day. Five to eight army vehicles come in a day.
Army soldiers say take secret donations
Recently, a program of Union Home Minister Amit Shah was held in Bhopal. During this, many army personnel and officers arrived at Arvind's dhaba from eight army trucks. Arvind and his father PS Chauhan along with the entire staff provided food to the soldiers with love. When it came time to pay the bill, PS Chauhan, the director of the dhaba, pointing to the board outside said that this dhaba is free for the soldiers.
After listening to PS Chauhan, a soldier said that if you are not taking the bill, then keep a donation box here, we will make a secret donation in it. To this the Dhaba operator replied that by the grace of God, we have got the inspiration to serve the country, we will do it throughout our life.
